Jared Simmons is the Manager of Maintenance and Operations with Antelope Valley College. Originally from Southern California, Jared is a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), having managed over 300 acres of Residential and Commercial property as well as a large Church in the Houston area. Prior to working in property management, he served in facilities maintenance. While an alumni of both CSULA and AVC, Jared is also currently serving as the Chair of the Confidential, Management, Supervisory, and Administrator (CMSA) Association with AVC.
