Mr Hardy has been involved with 3D technologies since the mid 1980's where he worked for Intergraph – implementing CAD/CAM for NASA and other global clients. After working for 6 years in the Middle East for Integraph Mr Hardy settled in Colorado where he was involved in several startups implementing GIS, remote sensing and 3D technologies. As co-founder of 3D at Depth, Mr Hardy and his partners implemented the first underwater LiDAR system which has been adopted globally. Currently, Mr. Hardy works with clients to implement underwater remote sensing technologies for a wide range of applications including inspection, construction, environmental studies and archaeology. Mr Hardy holds a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, is an avid scuba diver, road cyclist, skiier and cyclist.
