Michael Jones is a Software Engineering Manager at Lockheed Martin. He leads the Lockheed Martin CDL Systems software engineering group in the creation of control and information software for unmanned systems. He has a passion for software development, and has extensive experience in ground control station software for military drones as well as unmanned aerial and nautical target systems. Michael is presently leading the development of advanced real-time reality visualization software using computer vision. He has been coding since he was ten years old, has spent most of his career in unmanned systems, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Calgary in Canada. When he is not developing new technology, he is spending time with his four young children, who think it is amazing that their dad works on flying robots.
